Ms. Ledbetter has a bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from The Ohio State University and holds a Masters in Health Services Administration from St. Mary’s College. Erica joined Esri, the global leader in Geographic Information Systems 3 years ago as the lead on Federal Health agencies.
